1.The 7-day money-back guarantee
If a paid plan turns out not to be right for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to the first payment on your first paid subscription, whether you chose monthly or annual billing.
To request it, use the contact form or email us from the address on your account. We do not ask you to justify the request, and the refund goes back to the payment method you used.
The Free plan exists so you can evaluate A vs B for as long as you like before paying. The 7-day window is a safety net on top of that, not the evaluation period itself.
2.Renewal payments
Payments after the first one, including monthly renewals and annual renewals, are not refundable. Instead, you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are never billed for a period you did not want after cancelling.
3.How cancellation works
Cancel any time from the Billing tab in your organisation settings. No email required, no retention call, no notice period.
When you cancel, your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period. Until then everything keeps working. After that your organisation moves to the Free plan: your projects, experiments, and history stay in place, subject to the Free plan limits and its data retention window.
If you change your mind before the period ends, the Billing tab has a button to keep your plan, and your subscription continues as if you never cancelled.
4.AI credit packs
AI credit packs are one-time purchases valid for the calendar month you buy them in; the expiry date is shown before you buy. If something went wrong with a pack purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
5.Enterprise agreements
Custom enterprise plans are governed by their own agreement, which takes precedence over this page where the two differ.
6.Who processes refunds
Payments for A vs B are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
