Any unique visitor put into an experiment or checked against a feature flag in a calendar month, added up across every project in your organisation. Anonymous visitors count. The same visitor coming back later in the month does not count twice. It is the traffic number you already know from your analytics.

Every AI request costs us real money, so the AI copilot and the AI assistant are the one thing the free plan leaves out. Paid plans include 100 to 900 AI actions a month, scaling with your traffic and shared across your whole organisation rather than counted per seat. A straightforward request uses one action, a large one uses a few and the screen says so, and you can top your actions up from the billing screen whenever you want more.

Nothing stops and nothing is charged automatically. Every plan carries 10% over its visitor allowance as breathing room, and we email you the first time you cross it. If you finish a second month in a row above the buffer, we ask you to move up a plan before you start any new experiments. Experiments already running keep running, tracking never stops, and every result you have stays available.

Yes. Ask within 7 days of your first payment, monthly or annual, and we refund it in full, from the billing page or by email, no reason needed. After that you can cancel whenever you like and keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal payments are cancellable rather than refundable.

Yes. An upgrade takes effect straight away and you get the higher allowances immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing you paid for disappears early. You do it yourself from the billing screen.

Yes, and it is not a trial. Free stays free for up to 10,000 visitors a month, with experiments, feature flags, all three statistics engines, commerce metrics, 90 days of data history, and unlimited projects and team members. The AI copilot and assistant are the one thing it leaves out. No card to start, and no expiry date to watch.

No. Free and Pro are entirely self-serve: you sign up, subscribe, change your plan and cancel it yourself, and your invoices are there to download. There is no contract to sign and no minimum term. Enterprise is the only plan that involves a conversation, because its volume and terms are agreed with you.

Pay yearly and you pay for ten months instead of twelve, so it is 2 months free. On the first rung that is $1,490 for the year instead of $1,788. You are charged once for the year, and the visitor allowance is still counted month by month, exactly as it is on monthly billing.
